Shipping policy

Pre-order shipping

All products in this shop are part of a limited pre-order ("Pre-Order Vault", 9 – 26 September 2026). Production starts after the pre-order window closes, and all orders are dispatched within four weeks after 26 September 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Where we ship

We ship from Germany to Europe and the United States. The exact list of available countries is shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Customs and import duties (orders outside the EU)

For deliveries outside the European Union – in particular to the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway – customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may be charged by the carrier or the customs authorities of the destination country. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are to be borne by the recipient, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner Spreeprint Merchandise GmbH & Co. KG, Brunsbütteler Damm 116–118, 13581 Berlin, Germany, on behalf of Spreemerch UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
